Welcome to Tote. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website, the Tote app, and all related services, including Tote betting, Tote casino games, and our sportsbook offering. By registering an account with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before you use our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use Tote.

Eligibility and Registration

To open a Tote casino account, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom or Ireland. We do not accept customers from any other jurisdiction. Deposits and Withdrawals

We accept Visa and Mastercard debit cards and Apple Pay for Tote deposit transactions. Only one active payment method may be linked to your account at a time, and Apple Pay may only be used alongside a debit card if it is the same card. The minimum deposit is 5 GBP or 5 EUR, depending on your location. We do not charge a fee for opening or maintaining your account, although your card issuer may apply its own charges.

The minimum Tote withdrawal amount is 10 GBP or 10 EUR, and withdrawals are always processed back to the original payment method used for your deposit. We do not charge a fee for withdrawals. The maximum withdrawal is 20,000 GBP or 20,000 EUR per transaction, though your bank or card provider may impose its own restrictions. Funds typically leave our systems at the close of business on the working day the request is made, unless we need to carry out additional security checks. Clearance times depend on your card issuer, usually 3-5 working days, or your online payment service, usually the same day.

Winnings and Limits

We apply a maximum payout of 250,000 GBP or 250,000 EUR per customer in any 24-hour period from the time a bet is struck, with lower limits on certain markets and bet types. The maximum win on most Tote casino slots and games in a single day is 100,000 GBP or 100,000 EUR, excluding progressive jackpots or games where we advertise otherwise. Any substantial win exceeding 2,500 GBP or 2,500 EUR, whether from a single bet or aggregated over a 12-hour period, is subject to our confirmation before it is credited to your account.
